My technician was very thorough and couldn't have been nicer. He recommended the special process to remove urine from the padding in trouble spots (it worked somewhat; can still smell the odor when touching the carpet in that area.)

Your aervice is excellent. 2nd time using Zerorez and both times the work has been beyond expectations. Cleaned large downstairs area almost all tile, bedroom, two area rugs, stairs!
