Elroy did a great job. He was able to remove some stubborn stains at the entrance to the bedroom, and the carpet in general looked like new again after he had finished cleaning. Very polite and professional. I liked that there was no "chemical" smell after the cleaning. Would recommend Zerorez.

Jeremy was excellent and did a great job.
We moved into a home that had dogs, and we have some sensitivities to dog dander. Our first cleaning I wasn't happy with. After we moved in, we still had sneezing and coughing going on. Zerorez agreed to come back out and re-clean as part of their 30-day guarantee. I was so pleased to have this done again! Sneezing seems to have reduced in the last day, and I feel so much better about living here! When the budget allows, we'll re-do carpets. But until then, this seems to be a great way to keep the carpets nice and the allergies at bay! Thank you, Zerorez, for honoring your guarantee. Really appreciate it. :) p.s. Thomas was awesome!
