I got a call the day before our appointment confirming the time. The man I spoke to was soo kind and had the nicest calmest voice. I told him about a big thing of slime my kids got stuck to the floor and he was really reassuring that they could get it up.
The man who came to our house was just as nice! He explained all our options and made recomendations for the best way to handle stains from our cats and kids. He was really personable and worked quickly and efficiently. He wasn’t phased by the chaos of multiple family members being home and other people doing various projects.
It was all done and dry in no time. And looks so much better even on a very old carpet.

Quick and much easier than new carpet.
Service to clean our carpet was prompt because they could come in a couple days. Alex was on time and called to let us know he was on his way with approximate arrival time. He was courteous, answered my questions and was finished in less than 2 hours.
