No bad smell, rugs look great

Great job, except I wasn't able to get the receipt that was sent via email (It said click here to get receipt, but I wouldn't go to the receipt).

I liked that the technicians were on time and efficient. They explained the process and went over the invoice carefully. The rug was dry by the late afternoon since they don’t use as much water as other cleaning companies.

I did not like the carpet cleaning service I received, but very much appreciated the guy who cleaned the vents

We appreciate the emails we receive regarding the deals you offer. The site is very easy to use when we set up an appointment. There are several different dates and times that are offered to choose from. You always give an estimated cost. Once we set an appointment you send the email to confirm. We get reminders, which are nice. The Zerorez carpet cleaner called to say he was on the way and gave us his estimated time of arrival. Once there he explained the sequence of what was going to happen and then he sprayed the carpet with a very good smelling cleaner. When he was done cleaning we were shocked at how clean everything got. Even the spots we didn't think would come out were clean! A beautiful sight to see!

The ease of scheduling, the communication from everyone, the pleasant attitude that Bradley had. Plus his making sure i knew we had a 30 day window in case any spots showed up once it dried. Due to it raining today our carpet still has a few damp or tacky places but it looks so much better and another day should take care of the residual dampness.

My technicians were outstanding. They did a great job very thorough very clean cleaned up after themselves first class technicians by far the best I've ever had out here and I've used your company for probably 15 times and these two were the best.

Moses, the technician was very personable and courteous. He did a great job on my dirty rugs and was always wanting me to give my feedback. We sent an area rug to be cleaned and he went over all the possibilities of how it would come back. We have pets and there were some stains that he said may not come out. I'm looking forward to seeing how it does come out. This is not my first time to use Zerorez and I will use them again.

The next time I had Augie and he was the same, great and did a beautiful job.

Our couches were in storage for a few years, and I wanted to get them professionally cleaned. My wet rag and bucket just weren't getting the job done! I was able to set up an appointment through their website, the communication was great, and my couches look so much better. I will be making an appointment with them soon to clean our mattresses.
