I was extremely happy with our service. The gentleman (Rayley sp?) was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, kind, patient, and understanding. He took time to listen and my needs. He explained the basic service as well as the various option levels for deeper cleaning. He offered his own recommendation but allowed me to make the final decision on the level of service I wanted, needed and could afford. He helped move furniture, quickly sucked up a glass I was trying to reach that fell and shattered all over the floor of the kitchen and beyond. He was fantastic! We did notice a few stains after the floor dried, which I believe he warned us about. In the end, I feel SO much better knowing the carpet has been cleaned as best it could be given the circumstances. I appreciate Zerorez for the ease in making an appointment, the availability dates/times, allowing me to alter the appointment day, being so helpful and kind. Thank you, SO much!!

The whole process is astounding! The empowered water cleans the carpets thoroughly and the carpets dry very quickly. In addition the technicians go about the job very efficiently and are very friendly. All in all a very good experience! I wouldn't use anyone else!
