I called to make an appointment to clean my carpets and couch, fully expecting to wait for an opening. The guy who answered was able to quote me right over the phone and schedule my appointment for the very next day! Bryan was the technician and he was very courteous, professional and just a really good guy! Asked if I had any concerns with certain areas, checked with me after he was done with the carpets to make sure I was happy, before moving on to cleaning the couch. When I need anything cleaned, Zerorez will be my first choice and Bryan will be the technician I ask for every time!

Major called to let me know that he was running late, and I appreciate that. He is very professional, came in explained what he was going to do and did an excellent job.

Don’t give up on your old sofa! Mine looks new again after 7 years, thanks to Daniel who did a great job giving it new life after just 10 mins of deep cleaning. My carpet looks like it did the day that we moved into our house. I had 2 rooms + 1 sofa cleaned in less than one hour. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
