We were especially impressed with how well Zerorez accommodated our scheduling needs. As a church, we had a very limited window for carpet cleaning, and they were able to schedule us for a 6:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Austin, arrived on time and came prepared with multiple fans to speed up the drying process. He thoroughly explained the procedure, spot cleaned as needed, and had the carpets cleaned within a couple of hours. While the sanctuary carpet was drying, Austin went above and beyond by also cleaning our nursery and playroom. We were thrilled to be putting our chairs back by 3:00 p.m. that same day. We couldn’t be more pleased with Zerorez’s service!

I like that no toxic materials are used in the treatments. Also, the punctuality and reliability.

Scheduling for the carpet cleaning was very easy and the communication from the company on the time and date were excellent. The two cleaners that came were very professional and were able to understand what needed to be done per my request. They answered all my questions well. They were done very clean and neat and quick.

Ben was fast and got my house sparkling!

We were very pleased with the cleaning of the carpet in the Daycare. I was very pleased that it was done on a Saturday when the Center was closed. The young lady arrived on time. One Teacher commented " Looks like a new rug, colors so bright.

The initial visit by your salesman was very informative and answered several unasked questions.
You completely cleaned all areas except one—which was a big “ask,” a spot where our dog licked his paws and slept, However, you did downsize it.

Tyson called just before arrival to let us know when he would be here. Tyson was prompt on arrival and explained the process and how long it would take and answered all my questions.
