Max did our cleaning and he was friendly, polite and very professional! He was not pushy about offering extras but we did get a scotch guard on room with dogs! The rugs looked fantastic but two stains reemerged after the rugs dried and he said for thirty days they will come back to clean again. They are returning to clean those stains again!

Both of the technicians that came to my house, one for vent cleaning and one for carpets, were very polite, detail oriented and hard-working. The quality of their work was excellent and communication was great. Happy with their service as well as the product they delivered.

The tech let me know when he was on his way, he asked pertinent questions about my carpet was very friendly and willing to have short conversations with me. He did his job very quickly and was very kind. He helped me navigate the payment process on my phone as I am not very tech savvy. Overall experience was great and I would recommend Zeroez without hesitation.
