We really liked the way the carpets in particular did not feel crunchy or overly wet. the tile and grout looked much better. There was a residue on the tile after it dried but seemed to come off after the fist time cleaning it after it was cleaned and sealed. It may have just been the sealer. Overall we were very pleased. Our technician Elijah Padron, was incredibly friendly and professional. He worked very hard to do a good job.
