Our entire upstairs carpet was bubbling in every room due to a poor install a few years ago. The carpet stretching process was incredibly easy to schedule and very thorough! James came out, inspected the carpets, gave us an estimate, and explained how everything would be done. We were able to book the job within the week. Once they finished stretching the carpet, I added in a cleaning. Josh was able to come back the next day to complete the cleaning and now my carpets look brand new!! He even got some paint out of one room that I thought would be there forever! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I have become sensitive to some chemicals and was looking for a carpet cleaning service that does not use harsh chemicals. I am so glad that I have chosen to go with the Zerorez service. Tito, who took our order from start to finish, was very professional and thorough. He arrived punctually, went through the house to double check on what to be done, and immediately started on the work that lasted for a few hours.
