Even the high traffic areas are cleaned of the soil that is ground in.

The only disappointment from this trip is the technician wasn't able to remove the stains from the bedroom floor even though he tried.

My carpet is over 20 years old. Looks like new. Thanks to zeroes. The best. Would not use anyone else.

There was good communication throughout. We made an appointment initially and also requested to be put on a call list in case an earlier appointment became available. An earlier appointment did open up, they called and slotted us in which helped us out a lot. Joe, our technician came on time and was both friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us through the house, listened to our concern about some spots on the carpet and told us what to expect. The finished job looks great. Joe also consulted with us about a kitchen floor issue that I have and even sent pictures back to his office so that other staff could add their thoughts. Joe went over and above and that we very much appreciated.

You were the ONLY company that returned my call. The guy who cleaned my couch and rug was good. Told me what was going on.

The weird thing is the person at the main office said they would not clean my carpet. The cleaner read the care tag and said, “No problem.”

Our tech was honest about getting blood out of our carpet. He did a great job and the stains were removed when wet. As the carpet dried the stains returned not as bad as before but the showed. We made a chance to remove the stains but we replaced the carpet just as thought we would.

Next I'm having the grout cleaned and I'm hoping they do as good job like always.

My technician Cameron was very good. He was knowable. He was polite. He was quick at his job. When was letting me know what else I might need. He did not push to hard. These are things that would turn me off. He was great.
