Tommy did a great job of removing a very difficult stain. We had had the 5 year stain protection added to the carpet during a previous cleaning and we appreciate that you stand behind your warranty.

The only thing I would recommend is that your technicians need to have all the supplies with them as he had to go back to Spokane to get a stronger cleaner. During a previous cleaning when we had a hallway cleaned, we wanted the 5 year protection put on but the technician only had the one year protectant with him.

The best ever

We had a serious issue with the odor of cat urine in one of our bedrooms. A quick look around, and several other spots were pointed out. They knew exactly what to do and went right to work and got the job done. Not only is the odor gone, but the carpet looks almost new throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier with the results!
