He came in through the garage and everything was done quickly. He reminded me several times to remember to close the garage door. At 85 I really needed the reminder. zerorez workers were all on time and were very professional and nice to have working on our carpets,our carpets were not new, but they made them look very nice! We had a couple wear spots that needed a little extra care and they were able to improve those! I would strongly recomend Zerorez to anyone who needs there carpets cleaned , and will surly use them again the next time we need another carpet cleaning. each person who worked onth carpet were careful and courteous and pleasant to be around! The service is great. I recently had two appointments for carpet cleaning, and both were very good. The people who did the work were very nice and did the job perfectly.

I am pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning and Paul was exceptional! He did a good job, was very professional, and had a great attitute!

The technician who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job. The upholstery was cleaned and came out better than expected.

The service guy was very thorough and careful around the furniture. He took his time to make sure the maximum amount of dirt was sucked up. He was accommodating to my requests as well. The older rugs look almost new with a fresh look. A 35 year old rug was revived to see another day and the spots on other rugs came out as well as the original vibrant color.

I ordered the 3 room special but I only had 2 bedrooms that needed cleaning. The tech did a great job cleaning the bad dirt areas.

I had some red spots in the other bedroom but the tech said he couldn't remove them. I said the show on GMA Texas, said yall could removed red spots. He said he wasn't aware of that advertisement. That was suprising to me.
