The technician Richard was very friendly & nice and explained what he was going to be doing and thanked me for prepping the rooms and explained about what he could do about the pet stains and I added that service, he did a very thorough job cleaning the carpet in the bedrooms and stairs and ask if I was satisfied with his work and I said “YES.” I will definitely recommend your service to my friends & family & neighbors and I will use again in the future.

Carpets are not overly wet after cleaning. Also, no problem getting a return visit for spots that didn’t come out. Service cleaners were polite and explained why spots didn’t come out.

We recently purchased a new home in Jacksonville, FL. Most of the floors in the home are tiled and have granite countertops. Looking at the floors in the house after the previous owners moved out, it was clear they needed a thorough cleaning.

Zerorez did a complete and thorough cleaning. We have not as yet moved into the house and still living in a different state. Through the process, pictures were sent on the progress and when the job was completed. It was a fantastic experience. Looking forward to moving into a clean home.
