I also appreciate them explaining to me what they were doing what it was going to do and telling me all about the product also appreciate that didn’t really understand how I put and for the services, but I couldn’t put in the box too cold and your gentleman told me how you know he did it, but nevertheless, I was really really satisfied and they gave me the option of whether or not I wanted to stay guard so as I see it before I was gonna get rid of the carpet, but it still has Life in it and they actually saved me a lot of money so again I appreciate you guys and have a blessed day

The gentleman from Waynesville that did our carpets did a great job!

service person polite and explained everything very well including alternatives to meet my needs. I did notice that one of the canisters used in my bedroom left a ring on the carpet that was not there prior to the service. I will try to get it up before calling the office. I am happy to recommend this service provider!
