Great communication and the carpets look great!

Zerorez techs are the best. They are very good and explain what they are doing to clean the carpet. They also make sure their hoses do not cause any problems. It is amazing how detail oriented and how they work to get all dirt out of the carpet.
I would give out tech an 11 vs. a 10.

The Technician was on-time and actually a little early. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had an area rug and sofa bed cleaned. While he was there, I decided to have the tile and grout cleaned. The house looks sparkling clean!
