Very nice cleaning. We don't worry about our pets because there are no toxins in the cleaning product. The tech did a nice job. The only complaint I have is that the tech wore his shoes and said he couldn't put on shoe covers due to insurance. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have your carpets cleaned and then have the tech walk all over them with shoes, especially for us because we are adamant about not wearing shoes in the house, at all. I think you need to invest in some slip-resistant disposable shoe covers for the future.

Your workers were very nice.
Your virtual representative interpretation of the service was totally different than what was actual performed and stated by the workers. I’m assuming my ducts are clean. Since I could not see them threw the camera that you advertised. I saw pictures from the worker cell phone. I was never informed you would cut the air box. That worries me, not sure if it sealed securely. I will not recommended your company to anyone. However, the workers were nice and helpful.
