We just had our carpets cleaned in our condominium clubhouse. After the cleaning, there were several spots that didn't come clean completely. The company scheduled a tech to come back to perform what they call a reservice. This time, all of the spots came clean and I am totally satisfied.

I had some staining and ZEROREZ was able to remove it and you cannot even tell where it was.

The workers come in but their covers over the shoes very professional, hard worker and best of all my floor dries in about five hours. It always comes out very clean. I have white Berber carpet.
