The contractor was on time, and explained how he would be completing the cleaning thoroughly before beginning. He also offered additional products and services then was able to tell us how long approximately it would take to complete his work. The drying time was a bit longer than advertised but that was to be expected due to it being winter time, but he was candid about that too before beginning work. Overall the job was done well and our carpets feel clean!

Carpets are actually clean and pass our “clean white rag while still damp” test. Have tried all the other methods in our prior much larger estate home and none compared with “ZR’s” results. Now, we just call them and don’t shop around. Great success, too, with area rugs and sofas.
