Before the change over in ownership and policies the company was less NYC ish and were good to deal with, however the service man was very good and remind us of old school. Heb did his job in a very efficient and pleasant manner. He made us aware of various services available to us through his organization. He's a keeper and a very good worker - no BS-he did his job and was very professional. As muliple user of your service, I hope we would get him again.

Worker did a great job on old carpet, Later I saw the carpet had waves, contacted the people at Zerorez and they explained the carpet would lie back down once it was completely dry. Their quick response saved me from buying a new room of carpet.

Our carpet cleaner Caster (not sure of his name spelling) was here on time, was very friendly and explained the process and offered some suggestions. The process of 2 rooms and a hallway did not take much time. That tells me Caster knows what he is doing. I would be happy to suggest this service to friends.
