Great Service

It took three visits to conquer our dirty hallway carpet! The issue was a spill of melted soy candle wax. We are pleased now with the results!
There was no charge for the second and third visits, which was great!
The second time after the worker left, we were left with a light rust colored stain in a few areas of the carpet. This was after we waited the 72 hours to vacuum the hallway. That was a new issue, perhaps made by the solution that was used on the spots?
The third, and final visit was done by a senior technician. This man really knew what to do, and also our carpet was not soaking wet for days afterwards. That was one of the main differences it seemed. He spent a lot of time going over the area with a vacuum type machine.
While scheduling these visits, the people on the phone were very helpful and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of having Cody come to my home to clean my couch and chairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment he arrived, his friendly and personable demeanor made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns about some stubborn stains and explained the cleaning process in detail, which showed his genuine care and professionalism. Not only did he go above and beyond to ensure every inch of my upholstery was spotless, but he also treated my home with the utmost respect, leaving everything looking and smelling fresh and clean.

What truly stood out was how well Cody interacted with my dogs. He was so gentle and kind with them, even taking a few moments to play before getting to work. It was clear he genuinely loves animals, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. The attention to detail, the extra effort, and his incredible attitude made this the best upholstery cleaning experience I’ve ever had. I am beyond grateful for Cody’s exceptional service and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone looking for quality cleaning with a personal touch.

My technician Chris did an amazing job! He cleaned my area rug and then convinced me to let him clean and seal my travertine. It looks brand new! He did a thorough job, was very careful and charged me a very fair price! I’ll be calling for him again when I need cleaning again! Highly recommend!
