The scheduling process was quick & easy. I had to reschedule but they worked with me to find a time that worked. I was sent emails that explained the process & what I needed to do before they arrived . The guy arrived on time, looked at the areas to be cleaned and then shared what he would be doing and made some additional suggestions for some stains. The process was very smooth and he was done within the time frame he had stated. There were some stains that couldn’t be completely removed but they definitely look better. Overall I’m pleased.
