Nice smell on day 1. Next day that smell is gone. Brought me into the smell bc they had a gun that pointed to areas whereas I had pet pee. But I don't have any pets. Said it cost 80.00 but he could let me have it for 40.00 and you have a 25.00 service charge. Pricey right? 3 rooms 119.00 and they don't do a small hallway with that offer. Overall service technician was nice.

Angel and Jay, who came to provide duct cleaning, and Walter, who came to provide carpet cleaning, were very knowledgeable and professional. They represented Zerorez with 100% loyalty and commitment to quality customer service. Their kindness and patience were appreciated.

The duct cleaning could not be done due to biological Growth issues. The manner in which these two young men handled this was appreciated. When the results are back I hope Angel and Jay will be the technicians and I know I can trust them.

My carpets "sparkle" .... Walter was detailed and took time to make sure I understood everything. I have had my carpets cleaned yearly and was happy with the results, but Walter's work and demeanor made this cleaning the best!

I am very happy with the carpet cleaning that was done in my home. Very professional technician and company.

Cleaning technician was on time and friendly. He listened to everything I had to say then got started and had the work done quickly. He was able to remove all the stains I wanted. I also appreciated him covering his shoes every time he went in and out of the house.

Our light beige carpet was originally installed in 1988! It is a good quality carpet and pad but we raised 2 boys, 3 dogs and a cat here over the last 35 years that we've owned our home.
We started using Zerorez when one of our dogs got ahold of a black gel pen and ink was embedded into the carpet. No other carpet cleaning company would even come out but one actually recommended I call Zerorez. You guys came out and did an amazing job removing every bit of the ink! I was sold on your company for life...even tho I tried a couple of other companies thinking I'd save money with a Groupon. Big mistake, but I've learned my lesson-stay with the best!
Your tech, Gabriel came out yesterday and did an incredible job- he was on time, professional, courteous and very efficient. I seriously think our carpets look new! People that visit honestly can't believe that our carpets are actually nearly 37 yrs old and we credit some of that to the care Zerorez gives to each job they have done for us over the last 15 yrs!
