This is the second time that I have used Zero Rez. Both times the service technician was very polite and answered all of my questions. He also adjusted my invoice to correctly bill me for the actual size of my area carpets. ( I had over-estimated the size!)

Professional, reliable service techs show up on time. There is no chemical odor. I have two elderly dogs that sometimes have accidents and all traces of those smells and stains are magically gone after Zerorez does their thing. The price is not inexpensive when the trip charge is factored in. I was told I could ask for additional items to make up for the difference when the tech was here to get my money’s worth as the rug is only $80 of the $120. I asked for a few spots on dining chairs to be done. It was minimal. I would have liked a few spots on my sofa to be done as well but the tech had other appointments and could not.
