I was able to get service in a timely manner. The man who came explained what he was going to do how long it would take. He did a great job. The only problem was that he said the carpet would dry in six hours however it was still wet in nine hours later. The weather was dry. Overall I was pleased.

Ethan showed up right on time and got to work with pre-treating stains. He offered an additional room, but didn't push the sale which I greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with his professionalism along with the other technician who was helping. Ethan answered all of my questions and offered care information about stains and follow-up for vacuuming the areas that were shampooed. I would definitely use ZEROREZ again and consider them for other services in the home. I've heard the radio commercials for years and I'm glad I chose ZEROREZ!
