The contact from the office (scheduling) to the completion of services were terrific. The technician, Michael, was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, polite, thorough and careful of my home. At the completion of the job, Mike went over "care" techniques. I have used Zerorez in the past and I will use Zerorez in the future - a repeat customer. Satisfied!
Even though my carpet is 22 years old and this is the first time I've had it "PROFESSIONALLY" cleaned, Zerorez made it appear as clean and as new looking as I could have asked for. I raised my son on this carpet for 22 years and I have 3 indoor cats who like to use the carpet as a "scratching post" at times. I also have "beige" colored carpet throughout my home. I would recommend their services time and time again. I also got the pet protective product on my carpet since my cats get hairballs and throw up every now and then. It was $65 per room, but I felt this was worth it just to save what little life my carpet still has.
Zerorez does a great job everytime. They are trustworthy and I feel like everything is cleaner after they touch it.
