I hired Zerorez for a major cleaning project that included four couches and full carpet cleaning throughout the house. The representative was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He treated each piece of furniture with care and did an outstanding job removing stains and revitalizing high-traffic carpet areas. Everything looks and smells fresh — like new again. Quick and easy to schedule and very nice customer service and service man. It took a little longer to dry than I thought, and there was a very light smell to the process. But it dissipated when the carpet dried. Carpet is looking very refreshed and new.
