My carpet is not wet for days. The workers are always professional and friendly.
We have been having Zero-Rez for for some time and they are excellent. We have removed the carpet in the Livingroom, hall entry and a office, but will be keeping the carpeting in the guest and master bedroom, so they are the only ones we will have do our home and the duct cleans was worth it and did a great job and staff was wonderful from carpet to duct cleaning.

Corner guards are placed at the walls, so when pulling the hose to clean the carpets, it will not damage the corners. That I had not seen with another company. Another reason we changed to Zero-Rez.
We always use ZEROREZ for carpet cleaning. They are easy to schedule, the service providers always call to tell me they are on their way, arrive in a timely fashion, listen to my concerns, and work really hard to get my carpet cleaned. I love how clean and soft our carpet is after cleaning. They do a great job!
