The employee explained exactly what he was going to do and when you can put light/heavy items back onto the carpet. The employee was very kind, friendly, and fast. I loved that they wore little booties, because I had just cleaned my hard floor and when he came in to do the carpets he left no debris or foot prints on my already cleaned hard floor. There was gum on the carpet in one of our rooms when we moved in and I know for a fact another cleaning service cleaned the carpets before we moved in, yet the guy that came to my house was able to get it out. When I know another company could not. Totally shocked with the great service and that we didn't get a grump, but a guy that couldn't have been any nicer or more friendly!!!

I have had Zerorez clean my tile floors and grout, furniture and area rugs 4 times. I have 2 small dogs and they have gotten the stains and odors out of the rugs. Even after a company who steam cleaned them could not. After steam cleaning my rugs were matted down and had stains. After Zerorez they were soft and the stains came out. Some of the stains were there for several years. My couches came out like new. My tile floors and grout are bright and shiny. I was amazed to see my grout look so good. The floors are 10 years old. I don't like chemicals or orders. I don't have any odors from the treatment. The treatment is fast. My service tech was very nice, knowledgeable thorough. He was also very experienced. I highly recommend them for a cleaning company.
