Carpet looks great.
We have the air vent cleaning completed in our home. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. My dog liked them, and she is a good judge of character... They respected the space and did their job cleanly and efficiently. With regard to the initial estimate, it should be noted somewhere the amount of the cleaning could change based on things found after the inspection of the vents. That is my only gripe. We were unaware the coils to the furnace needed cleaning and that was not included in the price.
I like that you use products that don't leave residue on my carpets.

Carpet was cleaned up great! The best part, however, was the young man, Kwame, who did the work. Friendly, affable, capable, kind, and a hard worker. He was a joy to be around and we will ask for him by name next time we need carpets cleaned.
Techs are always very good (had Eric this time) and fast, and the price is very reasonable. They do a good job and the carpets are always dry by the end of the day. Very reliable and I have never had a complaint.
