Kevin was very personable, on time, and worked very hard to get the carpets cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and know the amount of hair oil and stains on the carpet. When Kevin left, I couldn't believe our clean the carpets looked. We used Coit for 24 years and they would never deliver how you guys have done so far.

Our technician was great. He showed us some areas of damage on the carpet that we were not aware of and was able to take steps to clean it well. The carpets turned out very nicely.

Anthony called within the timeframe given at setup with an ETA. Showed up at that time. Did a nice, thorough job. Carpets look like new.
We had a large spot that reappeared shortly after our last cleaning. Did not know for sure what caused it and was not completely removed by previous cleaning. This was discussed with your service tech and he had a tool that should take care of it and so far it is totally gone from our light beige color carpet. There was an additional charge and took some addition time to do it, worth both.
