Mr. Gerald Jones provided excellent service and he cleaned my rugs far better than any other rug cleaning service I have used. He arrived within the time frame I had been given. Mr. Jones had excellent communication skills as well as rug cleaning skills. He worked efficiently and with precision. I also appreciate that Zeroez called me the day before the appointment to confirm and answer questions. And even beyond that Zerorez called the day of the appointment to update me on expected time of arrival of service provided and again, shortly before he arrived Mr. Gerald Jones gave me a call with a time of arrival.
I have an excellent experience and would definitely use Zerorez again and I would also like to have Mr Gerald Jones provide my service the next time that I need rug cleaning service.

I really appreciate the schedule timing of the services. There was a power outage on the day of my appointment and the first tech couldn't do the carpet. About twenty minutes later, the power was restored, I rang them and they had another tech rang me and let me know that he was on the way.He was professional, explained what could be done with the carpet and he was finished with the carpet cleaning in about forty minutes. Thank you for your service! Will ring them again for another service in the future!!

Zerorez is by far the best service in the market and Zachery did an excellent job of cleaning mom's carpets and I will be having ZR clean mine very soon.

Not sure how I decided to use Zerorez...I think becasue Brett was so nice on the phone.
I am very happy with how nice and fresh my sofa looks and my also my area rugs. I willl say that the process did take a bit longer than one hour. But in all fairness, my sofa, love seat, and chair are on the very bulky side...and they really needed the extra time.

I really appreciated all the help and advice I got with moving the tables and keeping the metal legs off the rugs so they would not rust. And I just really appreciated how non-disruptive the process was. I am on the second floor of my building with parking right out front.
