I thought the technicians did a great job but I didn't like the portable Nautilus machine that they brought into the house. It was way too noisy and cumbersome to move up and down the stairs. In the future I will request a truck mounted unit only.
Roy and Tah called to ask if they could arrive earlier than expected which we appreciated. They did an excellent job on the carpet and then suggested they tackle 2 armchairs with several loose cushion parts. They look like new again. Very pleased.

Technician are knowledgeable about products and cures for problems. They also look to give you the best price using discounts. I have used zero red for years and never been disappointed considering the fact I have 3 small dogs. Carpets are 25 years old and look, feel and smell great. All signs of accidents gone.
