This is the second time we've used Zerorez - The first was almost a year before our second.

I am MESMERIZED while watching that machine go over my beige - and dirtier than I thought - carpet. We only have three areas with carpet - a family room, hall and stairs - and they are all very high traffic areas.

My neighbor saw the ZeroRez truck outside of my home. He said every time they get their carpet cleaned there's always residue. He asked what Zerorez uses to clean carpets? Does it really work? I told him all the gross dirt that came off my carpet and how clean it is!

Danny worked so hard and did such a great job. He also showed me how to empty the chamber of my new vacuum cleaner. He was incredibly helpful! Deserved a generous tip. Wish I could have given him more.

Truly excellent service from start to finish. I originally booked my services with Shania who did an amazing job. She went over all of the services and pricing and worked closely with me to make sure I was able to take advantage of the best deals on all services and the best available prices. Shania was very knowledgeable. Professional, a delight to work with and scheduled me for the very next day!!

Dan “the man” came right on time in a spotless work van (always a great first impression) he was very professional and pleasant right from the start! We then walked the house to confirm the work order details and he went right to work and did an absolute first class job. He gave me a roughly 90 minute time estimate and I let him do his magic and took off to run some errands.

I returned in about an hour and he was wrapping everything up. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to do such a good job in that short time.

Plus compared to other services in the past the carpets were just slightly damp much to my delight. In the past with other providers they have often been left very wet and even soaked, some with brown paper laid down to help suck up the water and help dry which literally too a week or more! This was MUCH BETTER!!!

Dan very professionally recapped everything he did as we did a final walk through to confirm I was satisfied with his work, which I definitely was!

He had my invoice ready with the exact agreed amount in his computer which I used my credit card , signed electronically and the mission was excellently completed once again from start to finish!
