I appreciate the classes that are offered. I also prefer the pool/hot tub/lazy river available at your location. The staff are friendlier than the location downtown. I wish your location was more accessible to my via mass transit. I can't get there from my home without access to a car, which can be frustrating.
I like the instructors and staff at the NKC Y. Everyone is helpful and the facility is well maintained. There are a lot of activities to choose.
It is clean, almost everyone we have interacted with is friendly and there are a lot of activities that kids can do!

Is a great place for a person going to exercise or for bringing a family and have a good time. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the place is very clean. I recommend the YMCA to anyone, is a “top notch place”.
The diversity, the friendly staff, the pool, the gym equipment. I don’t like the short evening hours for the pool, the inconsistency of staffing for the weight area, or the short hours on Sunday. Pool should be open all afternoon instead of closing at 2. Kids need it.

Great environment and wonderful staff. Felt welcomed into a non judgmental environment from day one. Great place for recreation and working out. Overall one of the best recreational facilities I’ve been to.

It's a good faculty, but special treatment is given to low income people over paying members. Like, having special hours on the pool. The pool is closed to paying members between 1 and 3, during COVID and still remains in effect in all Kansas City YMCAs.
I also use the Y in Platte City and can't use the pool between 1 and 3 for no good reason. Why is this still operating under COVID hours?
