The staff is friendly, the locker room is clean and I can usually get a lane to swim in!
The staff was very welcoming and helpful - on the workout floor, I did notice that the equipment was in good shape and clean - especially the mats that I use for exercising -the showers were hot and the stalls were clean, and I left feeling better than when I walked in - thank you NKC YMCA

Clean, pleasant staff, and use of steam room and sauna are accessible during non pool hours. Other facilities do not allow
Nice facility especially now that the pool has a lighting upgrade.
The facility itself is very open and bright. The fitness center is well equipped with plenty of cardio and weights as well as a stretching area. The swimming pool offers aerobics and a separate lap area. There is a basketball area with plenty of room for pickleball also.
