It's clean and friendly
Staff in the Pool. 99% Members are very sweet people.
I think the Y is a great place for year round activities. It’s also a fun space to get out of the house and meet new people. I highly recommend joining for both seniors and the youth. Even if you have to get your membership sponsored!

I love the NKC Y. Have been going there 18 months and it has made a big difference in my health, my weight and it keeps me going. And you meet ne folks with similar issues.
I did have a major Fall March 20th and it has taken me a while to get back with everything, but I have recently made headway in getting back with my regular program. It just takes time and effort.
For me it works. I am going to be 79 in one month and I am very proud of what I have done. Of course, my Doctors, Rehab Trainers have all come forward to encourage me to continue my program.
Dry sauna, steam room, hot tub with strong jets and nice hot temperature setting, swim lanes and great staff.
I am disappointed that the hot tub and pool are not available from 1-4pm daily.
Love the pool- wish the hours were all day instead of being closed several hours
I had no idea it was so accommodating and nice.
I've been missing out but no more.

I LOVE ALL THE INSTRUCTORS I KNOW & THE ENTIRE STAFFS OF THE YMCA'S I ATTEND. THE INSTRUCTORS ARE THE BEST ONES I HAVE EVER HAD. THE TIMES OF THE CLASSES ARE PERFECT. YOU JUST FIND ONE HOUR A DAY AND WORK IT INTO DAILY LIFE. I AM NOT SORRY I HAVE RETURNED POST COVID. IT IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO EXERCISE.
They're very attentive to their guest and they have a lot of things to keep the kids interactive .
About friendiness of the staff
I appreciate the classes that are offered. I also prefer the pool/hot tub/lazy river available at your location. The staff are friendlier than the location downtown. I wish your location was more accessible to my via mass transit. I can't get there from my home without access to a car, which can be frustrating.
I like the instructors and staff at the NKC Y. Everyone is helpful and the facility is well maintained. There are a lot of activities to choose.
It is clean, almost everyone we have interacted with is friendly and there are a lot of activities that kids can do!
I think the YMCA provides the North Kansas City area a place for physical conditioning
The staff is already friendly and ready to help. The facilities are always nice and clean. I really enjoy coming here to work out.
