I've tried other products to make my water better since I live in crest hill. Culligan products were there only one that worked.
Every month we can count on you to drop off salt, if needed, and ensure softener has enough salt. We have never had an issue and we know that we don't have to worry if we run out of salt or the softener needs salt.

I like the service provided however I.am not sure.of the benefits of salted.water. it.seems to take a toll on my appliances.
Your technician is very good about checking the water softener and making sure there is enough salt.
Your rep Mike was on time and corrected my water problem. He informed me of every step he was doing and why. He was very knowledgable and fast. I learned more about my equipment during his one visit than I've learned in 3 years of Culligan serving me. I will request him for every visit. Please give Mike a raise, he deserves it! The young man you sent out prior to Mike did not have a clue. He told me I needed new parts and I did not. Mike repaired what I had. This speaks to your training, which is in need of an over haul. When I call the receptionist is always very courteous and helps me with my question. When service delivery or maintenance man comes always polite and before leaves asks if any other concerns. Due to me having a trach, I prefer not to share my name, but Culligan has a great group of workers.
My deliveries are on time. My driver is kind and sweet AND patient with me. The water is good to me!!!!

They always answer my questions, read my post it's if I left one, Im not home alot and have forgotten on some delivery dates in the past but the driver used his common sense and left me my average use!!! How professional as well as friendly the DeKalb Culligan staff is. I love that I can communicate directly with them and customize my deliveries to suit my schedule.
Our delivery person is always personable and friendly. He takes our salt bags to the softener which is very helpful to a 76 year old person and always checks the softener settings to insure it operates correctly. Same holds true when we call to have the reverse osmosis filters changed. They are prompt and very polite. Everyone involved in the process deserves a 10
Service techs are very professional.
The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I'm never hesitant to call and know a kind voice will be ready to answer any questions. The quality and taste of the drinking water can always be counted on. More recently we had a new water softener installed and were very impressed by the young technician's knowledge and so willing to chat and explain things. I don't know if all Culligan offices are as wonderful as Crystal Lake, but we consider ourselves lucky to have such a reliable business near by.
They deliver on time and always place my salt bags where they are good for me to pick up.
