You guys are very easy to deal with. If I need more bottles or less I can change. But I also have the ability to come pick up an extra bottle or bottles if I need to. That is so awesome and convenient.
System was only installed three weeks ago so it's hard to tell about reliability but installation went well.

WE HAVE RENTED A WATER SOFTNER FROM CULLIGANS FOR YEARS. HAVE ONLY CALLED THEM FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE A LOOK AT A CONCERN WE HAD AND THEY HAVE RESPONSED PROMPLY. TURNS OUT THE FEW TIMES PROVED TO BE JUST SOMETHING REAL SIMPLE TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. PLEASED WITH SERVICE.

Service problems are handled very nicely and promptly.
I like the fact that they bring the salt to your house and put it into your water softener. I am handicapped and this arrangement is of great convenience for me. My only complaint is that I get my salt delivered on Monday mornings and they call me Sunday night thus it does not give me any time to reschedule a delivery if need be. If I miss a delivery because I am not home or because they come at 7:00 A.M. and I don't see them or hear them at the door, it usually takes several weeks to reschedule another delivery and by then I am almost out of salt!
The delivery people are very nice and courteous and always clean up their mess.
I like the softer water also my mulligan man is so good about bring my bags in and filling my tank. Thank you so much for excellent service.
