We recently had a quick response to a potential leak from our R/O system. It's not always fast to get a technician due to what seems to be a shortage of techs.
System works good softening our hard water. The salt is very pricey (almost double what can get at local Menards) and delivery fee on top of it, but it's convenient for me and the wife.
