I will say the charge for late payment is a little excessive especially with a long time customer
who faithfully pays. The rare time we are late is due to an occasional human error or mail glitch.

Service is always great but response time can be an issue. Called with a question about an issue that was noticed after repairman was here. Called April 3 in morning. Individual I spoke to said someone from service would get back with me. I assumed the same day. Now it’s Saturday (April 5) and still waiting.
