I Get Spring water & It's delivered once a month, On time & usually when our delivery is on it's way, the driver calls us before hand to find out how many bottles we need. However, this month (July) he didn't call before hand PLUS He just set the bottles down, knocked on our door & Left without taking our empties. Now we're gonna be charged for 3 empties.
Sometimes this happens BUT NEVER did any driver leave without taking Our empties.

The young man that came out to service our neutralizer was extremely friendly and polite. I had not had a neutralizer before so he educated me on what it was for and told me what I needed to know going forward. He tested the pH of our water and said it was perfect so he didn't need to do anything now. He said they would call me in 6 months or a year to check it again. He was very honest and I really appreciate that.
