My August service didn't show up at it's normal time so I left. Last time he didn't show up on time he was sick and there was no delivery that day. If you would have just sent an email saying his was on vacation and the delivery would be different that day it wouldn't have been a problem.
When I got home I got a we missed you and called to reschedule. Why reschuled for Monday. I was told that they could not tell me when he would arrive. But the delivery driver would call me 30 minutes before he arrived. Monday waited from 7am to 12:30 left to get lunch came back 30 later to a 'sorry we missed you." I never received the promised phone call...
Called again they were able to get a driver that was returning to oxnard from simi valley to stop by and change my tank. This driver called and I was waiting for him. Like the earlier one should have done.
Then they tried to charge me double for the extra delivery. Even though they didn't live up to they promise to call with a 30 minute before the delivery.
I love the convenience that the salt is delivered and poured into the tank by your very courteous delivery staff. I also appreciate that Culligan will work around my schedule.
I appreciate them keeping track of when our filters need to be changed and reaching out to get this completed.
Adan is the only reason I stay with Culligan. His professionalism, friendliness and understanding makes each service call not as inconvenient

Well I think Culligan is the best water out there on the market I would give them a 10 for excellence cause if you need a Early delivery you got it if your looking for when you'll get next delivery you got it when in dought say hey Culligan man,and they'll be there when you need anything,copy of your Bill,your unit from Culligan they'll ask you a question and give you the answer or just Tell you when they'll be there and there's no PFAs in there water you know from 3M and Dupont the one's making it so everyone gets sick hey Not me, like I said just say it call and say I need you..... HEY CULLIGAN MAN.....AND LET THEM do the work why strain yourself when there, there to HELP AND one more time HEY CULLIGAN MAN..
