He recently moved and contacted Culligan for an assessment and estimate. We’ve had a great experience from Scheduling, estimate, install, and indie questions that may arise have been met with professional, efficient, and friendly service. Car water is better smelling, tasting, and much easier to clean, shower doors, etc. now that the water isn’t so hard. This is the second location where we have installed Culligan Water softener or home and would not hesitate to do it again if we were to move. I would highly recommend them!

Delivery service
that it is a predictable day and that the delivery guy brings the water all the way into the store.
Ease of delivery of salt for the water softener. Also, the driver takes it to the water softener and pours it into it. I am 77 years old and this is a big help to me.
The Culligan man sees an empty 3-gallon water container on my porch and he replaces it with a full one. This happens every week...I never see him but the service is conducted competently.

The product and delivery are good. The on-line service to place a change in the amount of water bottles you need never works. Therefore, you run out of water until you can arrange the increase with the delivery driver. However, the on-line record is not updated. Frustrating!
