Second time we have use Zerorez and I could not be happier. Oscar was an amazing guy to come into our home and clean our carpets. He took the time to talk to my kids with all of their questions and still do an amazing job. I will continue to use Zerorez any time we need carpets cleaned and I will be asking for Oscar to come back! Thank you fkr what y'all do!
The products are clean, which is very important for those who have allergies in my home. The service is quick and efficient and the dry time is fast!

The tech didn’t call prior to come, I thought there was a 30min heads up.
The day following the cleaning, I found spray residue on the wood floor surrounding the rug, on dresser drawer and a connecting bathroom floor.
We apologize you were anything less than 100% satisfied with service. We always strive to reach all customers expectations. All technicians should be calling 30 minutes prior to arriving, management will be looking into why you did not get that call and we sincerely apologize. Carpets look fantastic!
I LOVE that there is no chemical smell and residue, and the dry times is faster than other companies. The brush machine makes the carpets all fluffy again, too! It makes me feel like I have a new house!

The technician did not call to confirm the cleaning changes. Consequently, the final charge was a lot more than the estimate. Also, there were areas listed on the invoice that were not even present in the house (e.g., carpeted landings). The house does not have any carpeted landings. I have called the company and the supervisor has called back. He will be checking with the technician and said that he will get back to me.

I really like Zeroez. I think the service is great. Will Hobbs did a fanastic job and deserveds a 10 on his service.
I don't know if Zeroez is for everybody because I know from previous experience condos can be a bit of an issue.
How did Zerorez disappoint me? I spent $400 and my dirty carpets look no better than before the Zerorez service. Also, I was quoted a price when I set up my appointment only to have the Zerorerz technician tell me that my carpets needed some kind of super-duper treatment for $75 extra per room. I agreed to the extra charge because he convinced me that it was the only way to get the carpets clean. The technician seemed to be in a big hurry and was not inclined to give any special attention to stained areas - just seemed to want to get the job over with ASAP. At one point I had to move some things off the carpet - maybe a 5 minute job - and the technician was in such a hurry that he came close to spraying me with the wand while I was moving the objects. I guess the quicker the job is done, the more money Zerorez makes - quantity over quality. Then, to top things off, Zerorez calls and tells me that they lost my check and that I needed to cancel my check and send a replacement check! Luckily, Zerorez called a few days later and told me they found my check. How do you make things right? I think the only way to make things right is to refund some or all of my money. If my carpets are beyond hope of cleaning, Zerorez should have informed me before proceeding with the work. That way, I would not have invested money into carpets that are apparently uncleanable. I feel I got very little for my money and I'm very disappointed.
