The cleaning went great. The technician was friendly and easy to work with. The only thing that needs work is your scheduling. I had to call at 3 pm the day before because I hadn't heard when your crew was coming the next day. This is way too tight a window. It was a good thing I had a flexible schedule.

There are two stains that weren't as bad as some others that didn't come out that i didn't notice until it was dry.

It was very simple to set up the service. The follow up and instructions were clear and Easy. The worker came into the house was great, very respectful and payed attention he noticed we had a cat and made sure we knew the door would have to be cracked and didn’t want him to get out. He was very great at explaining what he would do. We had a spot in one of he rooms I was concerned about and he went step by step on what to expect. It came out with just the cleaning! I will continue to use this company and refer them!

Friendly and professional technicians
They arrived within the window. The gentlemen were highly skilled, friendly and professional. My rugs were cleaner than any other service I’ve ever used on my 35 year old rugs. They were close to the day they were bought and installed back in 1985. Yes the services provided by the team were that good! I’m using them again to clean my furniture now.
Both gentlemen were kind, efficient and my chair looks great knowing that because it is so old I did not know if it would come clean.
