Great work and affordable! Every technician that I encountered was lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely tip them if I was allowed.
Very professional technician. Oscar was great! He took the time to clean them right and put in the effort required to ensure an amazing result. He left our carpets looking brand new and noticeably fresher smelling. I should mention our carpets are 9 years old and Oscar and the Zerorez process has them looking phenomenal! Thank you Zerorez for sending an awesome technician to handle our job.

The gentleman that came out to our house to provide the carpet and tile cleaning services was very professional and did a great job!
My technician was on time, polite, and worked quickly and efficiently. I was concerned maybe he was too quick, but the results were conclusive. The carpeting has a clean feel to it and did a much better job on the stairs than the last time I had them cleaned.

The products are clean, which is very important for those who have allergies in my home. The service is quick and efficient and the dry time is fast!

The tech didn’t call prior to come, I thought there was a 30min heads up.
The day following the cleaning, I found spray residue on the wood floor surrounding the rug, on dresser drawer and a connecting bathroom floor.
We apologize you were anything less than 100% satisfied with service. We always strive to reach all customers expectations. All technicians should be calling 30 minutes prior to arriving, management will be looking into why you did not get that call and we sincerely apologize.
