Efficient, tidy, effective

The cleaner that came to our house yesterday was kind, attentive, and very thorough in his work! We will definitely be using zerorez in the future.

Good price, and very easy scheduling process. My tenant thought they did an excellent job.

Before Zerorez our carpets were horrible with many stains and the Odor was gross. Having two dogs cause this. Our cleaner did an excellent job, while there are a few stains on carpet they did lighten up significantly and I can’t be mad that they are still there because they were REALLY bad and the cleaner did all that he could. This is something to note if you have bad stains like I did you cannot be mad at any cleaner if it didn’t come out the 1st time. Especially if these Stains sets and the more they set the harder it is to get out! Up until yesterday our carpets were not clean since October 2019 (gross on our end) which made the problem worse. With that being said We will be getting more frequent cleanings with Zerorez in hopes that those very FEW stains will lighten over time. Our cleaner even recommended carpet protectant when he didn’t have too. He was great! House smells GREAT! Carpets look way better! Pricing was very affordable. Will recommend in the future!
