I've used Zerorez for years every 6 mos as I have lots of parties and light colored carpet. The technicians are always pleasant and listen to my instructions. There are no artificial fragrances, or toxic chemicals used and it dries within a couple of hours. My carpet is extremely old, but looks brand new.

Used to have steam companies and it would take a full day to dry and lfeft the odor of deodorizer which causes allergic reactions.
