It was soft after the cleaning and not too wet at all. The carpet looked and felt clean. Kyle, our technician was very informative as he went through each room and made sure we were happy with the results and offered to resolve anything that we weren’t happy with which was not necessary because he did a great job
Area rug cleaned, chairs cleaned, and tile (grout) steamed. But the best part was the tech who did the work. Explained everything well, and professionally.
The carpet looks and feels great,and had tile and grout cleaned too. Glad I won't have to get on my hands and knees and clean grout.
