John was our technician who came out. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked extra hard to get our carpets cleaned right the first time. There was no judgement from him about the state our carpets were in and he was friendly and courteous throughout the entire process. He told us the best way to maintain the carpets during the drying process before he left as well. Overall great job, if we have to have them done again in the future we will most likely request John again!

Zerorez customer service starts with how easy it is to schedule online. My tech was highly professional and friendly. There were no "surprises" on the bill: every service option and price was agreed upon beforehand. I forget how good my house smells after Zerorez has cleaned my carpets! This is my 4th time to use Zerorez, and I will never let anyone else take care of my deep cleaning needs.

Your services involve deep cleaning of pet stains and markings on carpet. Upholstery cleaning was also an added plus.

Kyle was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The outcome was, as always, amazing. My sofas look brand new. We also discussed cleaning our Persian rug, and will schedule that after the holidays. The rug is an heirloom, and I would not trust it to anyone else!

Excellent work. He thought a couple of stains might still show up but after drying they did not. The couch looks great.

Although. I was surprised at the charge. I was quoted twice $250.00 but charged $324.75. I hadn't realized it because I was on the phone as he was leaving. I saw it this morning in my bank account. I wish had known I would be charged so much more.

The service is fantastic

The two technicians texted prior to arrival and were able to hook up vent cleaning gear through the garage. They worked carefully to clean the vents. At the end they asked if there were any questions and answered any questions I had. Michael and Willie were polite and efficient in their work. Thank you.
