I have always liked the job that Zerorez has done with my carpets and chairs. when I lived in my own home I even had them clean the vents. They left them really clean.

We had an emergency to tend to last minute and could not be home for the clean and the team was very flexible and accommodating, I will definitely be using this company again and recommending them to my friends and family.

These guys are freaking AMAZING. Not only did Brad come out and do a custom pet treatment, stain removals, two rooms and a large area rug on a Saturday.. he actually brought my carpet back to life. After having stanley steamer come out a few weeks prior, some stains were still visible and the carpet remained matted up in high traffic areas after they left.
Brad was the consummate professional, answered my questions by demonstrating and proceeded to remove pet accidents and ALL related odors. Finally he took his time and did a very thorough job cleaning & he took out every stain and restored my 2 yo carpet to brand new condition - all for a very reasonable price. On a scale of 1-10, I give these guys a 12 or 13!
I will be using this team for all my cleaning needs in the future. Thanks Brad, you were awesome!

The water process instead of using soap. Amazing how dirty our rugs were! Stephan was very professional and explained the process before starting and during his work.

Zerorez does excellent work. I have hired them 3 times now. They get all the tough stains out of my carpets and do a great job with my travertine floors!

We really like the fact that you don’t have to avoid contact with the carpet waiting for it to dry. Was also a really good experience with the white procedure.

Great job as always getting our carpets clean. Professional, timely staff. Fast and thorough service. I love that there is no residue after the cleaning is complete (unlike another service we used that was a spinning pad that ruined furniture and didn't really clean the carpets at all). We're on the 6 month rotation - any frequent customer program? :-)
