The service person was excellent. There were old stains on the sofa that came out in the cleaning. One stain was hair dye. I wasn't expecting it to come out of the fabric.

Great setup for appointment and shows up on time and was very helpful. However, I can’t comment on the work/cleaning since it was for a rental and I was not there at the house. The person who shows up was very professional and helpful with me over the phone. And yes I would use the service again in the future with this rental home.

Zerorez does not use shampoo leaving no residues.
