Prompt service, very neat and respectful of our home and belongings during the service. I loved that there was no chemical smells or residue left on our carpet. I’ve never seen cleaner carpets! I’ve never had the cleaned (or cleaned them myself) and there weren’t tons of balls of fur to vacuum up. When the floor finally dries…. Which usually takes about a day. The carpets were dry in less than 6 hours, and when I vacuumed, the canister was completely empty. No fur balls! Very reasonably priced. Fantastic service. Not only will Zerorez be my go to carpet/upholstery cleaning company, I will be referring them to all my friends and clients.
My carpets have been cleaned in the past, but never have they looked as good after past cleanings as they have after being cleaned by Zerorez. The young man who cleaned the carpets was extremely courteous, considerate and capable. He even cleaned a small area rug that my previous carpet cleaner said he couldn't clean the rug. That rug now looks white again.
I will recommend your company to friends and to anyone who asks for a carpet cleaner recommendation.

Our technician was really dilligent in getting our rugs thourougly clean. I am very happy with the service.
The carpet Zerorez cleaned looks amazing, and it is 22 years old. We had not had it cleaned in probably 10 years. With the exception of some rabbit urine stains, everything came out. I used some Resolve and a Bissell to work on the rabbit spots and got them taken care of.
The house smells so much fresher and clean. I love that there is no chemical residue left. It is why we went so long before having the carpet cleaned again. We will now utilize your service at least once a year.
And your tech that came out was very nice and efficient. When I can get the last three rooms uncluttered I will definitely call you back.
Kyle was great. He did a test patch on tile and grout went from black to grey. Amazing instant difference! Will definitely call ZerRez when I need floor cleaned again. Wow!

Kyle was our Zerorez representative that took care of our cleaning services. He did an excellent job and has amazing customer service skills! He was polite, courteous, and professional. He introduced himself and we did an initial walkthrough of all areas for cleaning and other possible areas to take a look at as well. Then he went over the costs and plan for his time onsite. He communicated clearly and effectively the entire visit and we are very happy with the technology, cleaning results, and Kyle's efforts to make the entire process smooth, easy, and efficient for everyone.
