I have two technicians that I have been impressed with Stephan and the last one that cleaned my carpet. The time before my carpet was wet till the next evening. The carpet was left wet and there was no attention to detail.

Most stains were removed from 10-year old carpet; the carpet was left damp, not dripping wet, and it smelled very fresh. The biggest pleasant surprise was the grout cleaning - 26-year-old grout looked as white as the day the house was built. This service was worth every penny, and will go a long way to the "clean" first impression that potential homebuyers will get. Donald was very serious about his work and very eager to do an outstanding job.
